Why We Exist
The EBC Student Ministry (6th-12th grade) exists to prepare middle school and high school students in living for Jesus as they become the next generation of disciples/leaders in our society. Through close and committed relationships to Jesus, a love for the church and the community, and the discernment to transform the world around them by the gospel, our desire is for our students to seek and enjoy expanding the Kingdom of Christ on Earth, as tasked by the Great Commission.
What to Expect
EBC Students meet in the Gymnasium at 9:00AM for Sunday school where we start as one large group to introduce the topic of study. We then split into breakout groups based on gender and grade level for discussion. Each breakout group has its own Sunday School leader to facilitate and lead the discussion time.
Throughout the month, we also have Student Ministry events. We seek to strike a balance between events that are worship-oriented and missional, and those that are fellowship-oriented to provide a wide array of experiences and memories for our students.
